The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999wc employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate account activity.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the 999wc registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any financial information required for account verification. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
999wc is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification on registered accounts. You may be asked to provide documentary evidence of identity (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of address at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the process is completed satisfactorily.
All 999wc accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Deposits made to a 999wc account via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your 999wc balance, depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 999wc account.
Withdrawal requests submitted on 999wc will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification checks. 999wc endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and applicable verification requirements. 999wc reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual account activity has been identified.
Withdrawals from a 999wc account may be restricted in the following circumstances: pending KYC verification; active bonus wagering requirements not yet met; suspected fraudulent activity under investigation; or violation of these Terms. 999wc will communicate the reason for any withdrawal restriction to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
Section 7
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions made available to 999wc players are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. Where a conflict exists between the general terms in this section and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a 999wc account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms. Games may contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements — contribution rates are displayed in the relevant promotion details.
All 999wc bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of and comply with the validity period of any active bonus on their account.
999wc actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting technical errors to obtain bonus credits; using staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or participating in any coordinated arrangement to extract bonus value from 999wc in bad faith. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have promotional access removed, bonus balances forfeited, and the account suspended or terminated.
Section 8
All bets placed on 999wc are subject to acceptance by the Company. 999wc reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any wager at its discretion, including where the bet has been placed at erroneous odds, during a period of system error, or where the stake exceeds applicable account limits.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets available on 999wc. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. 999wc reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.
A bet placed on 999wc may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without rescheduling within a specified timeframe; the bet was placed after the official result of the relevant event was determined; a technical failure materially affected the integrity of the market; or odds were published in manifest error. Voided bets return the original stake to the player's 999wc balance.
In-play betting markets on 999wc — including live cricket betting on PSL matches, international T20s, and Test matches — may be suspended or closed at any time without notice in response to match events. Any bet accepted by 999wc prior to a market suspension will be honoured according to the applicable rules of the sport. Bets submitted after the official closing of a market will not be accepted.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 999wc and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:
999wc reserves the right to take immediate action upon identifying prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required.

Section 11
All content, software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and audiovisual elements available on 999wc are the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any 999wc intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works based on any 999wc content without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of 999wc's intellectual property may give rise to legal liability.
Section 12
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999wc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits you have made to your 999wc account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
999wc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the 999wc platform, even where the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
999wc does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.
Section 13
999wc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable belief that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent or criminal activity has taken place, or where continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Company.
Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of termination may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, outstanding Real Money Balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
Players wishing to close their 999wc account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, with any remaining Real Money Balance returned to the player subject to applicable verification requirements.
Section 14
999wc reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 999wc will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice displayed upon login to the 999wc platform or a communication to your registered mobile number or email address.
Your continued use of 999wc following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should cease using 999wc and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999wc's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 999wc's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body as specified under 999wc's licensing conditions.
